The PT-100 Kit allows you to upgrade your siphon sandblast system to a 100 lb.(45kg) pressure pot system. The PT-100 has been specifically designed for the sandblaster who requires the capability to sandcarve on location or over large areas. Stationary work or pieces not easily moved, such as installed glass panels and large stone monuments, that typically require a remote site blaster that can etch a surface on-site. Pressure pot systems are very effective for larger production runs and on average, blast four times than siphon systems. The use of compressed air is much more efficient and enables you to rapidly sandblast your surface at 25-30 psi. in addition, the power of a pressure pot is perfect for multi-level sandcarving or deep etching. For low pressure blasting, the PT-100 is equipped with a locking top, making it ideal for shading techniques.
