Should you experience a problem with any product from AES Group you have serveral options. These include:
All AES Group products are guaranteed to be free of defective parts and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the purchase of the product. The majority or our products carry a two (2) year manufactures warranty. We also offer extended waranties available on request.
NOTE: The use of third party consumables may result in your warranty or contract being void.
We stock most parts in our Brisbane warehouse with a wide range being available for immediate delivery for both current and older products. We supply parts for many years from the end of the production of a model but spares are generally available for far longer periods or an upgrade path is also available. We also have a extensive network of global affiliates when that hard to find "bit" is required.
